Sourced directly from a deep underground aquifer in Japan's most renowned Sake region Uonuma, the water has long been used as a mother water for exceptional Japanese Sake brands for 140 years. Now, the mother water itself is finally bottled at it its very source.
Ensui originates itself in Makihata mountain (1967m), one of Japan's 100 Remarkable Mountains, located in the middle of Echigo mountain range in Uonuma. Rich snow and rain are gently fostered in virgin forests and naturally filtered through deep underground layers for hundreds of years before bottling. The water temperature is stably constant at 10 ℃ throughout year.
Still, Gentle and Smooth
The name speaks quality. En(円)meaning a circle, together with Sui(水) as water, Ensui still spring water presents excellent mouthfeel, so comfortably gentle and smooth without any sing of irritable edges.
